Manufacturing Excellence in PP Woven & BOPP Bags
We manufacture PP woven and BOPP packaging bags — plain, printed, laminated, liner and handle bags — for cement, fertilizer, agriculture, food and industrial customers. Since 2024 it has all come from our own plant in Surat.
In-House Manufacturing Unit
Our own plant in Surat has been producing woven polypropylene packaging since 2024.

Bags are produced from virgin PP, which is what makes food-grade and export-grade supply possible.

Extrusion through to finishing happens in our own plant in Surat, which is what keeps fabric weight, print quality and delivery dates under our control.
Extrusion & Weaving
PP granules are extruded into tape and woven into fabric in-house, so fabric weight and weave density are controlled from the start.
Printing
Flexographic printing on woven fabric and BOPP reverse printing with up to six colours, both handled in-house.
Lamination & Liners
BOPP lamination and LDPE / HM-HDPE liner fitting for moisture-sensitive and fine-powder contents.
Cutting, Stitching & Finishing
Cutting, stitching, hemming, handle fitting and bale packing to the specification confirmed on your order.

The Material
Why PP Woven Packaging
Woven polypropylene replaced jute and paper across industrial packing for a handful of concrete reasons.
Strength for the Weight
Woven tape fabric carries heavy fill weights at a fraction of the weight of jute or paper, so the sack protects the product without adding freight cost.
Does Not Absorb Water
Polypropylene is hydrophobic. Laminate it or add a liner and the pack becomes a genuine moisture barrier for hygroscopic contents.
Chemically Inert
PP resists the great majority of industrial chemistry, which is why it replaced jute for fertilizer, chemicals and minerals.
Takes Print Well
Flexographic printing works directly on the weave; BOPP lamination carries photographic artwork under a scuff-proof film.
Economical at Volume
Low unit cost at bulk quantities is what makes woven PP the default across cement, feed, grain and fertilizer packing.
Recyclable
Polypropylene is a single-polymer material and is widely recycled, unlike multi-layer laminate alternatives.
